Enercollege Hosts Energy Storage Product Training Series to Enhance Employee Expertise

On the evening of January 8, 2025, Enercollege successfully held the first session of its Energy Storage Product Training Series at the company’s fourth-floor training room, targeting pre-sales, after-sales, and sales personnel. This comprehensive training program will cover all of the company’s product models and aims to deepen employees’ understanding of energy storage products, enhance their practical application skills, and help resolve technical challenges in their daily work, ultimately improving overall work efficiency and team collaboration.

The training was led by Wujie, a hardware engineer from the R&D Center, with a focus on the PCS AC coupling system and the RTF600A product. The session covered key topics including the hardware components of the PCS AC coupling system, electrical schematics, system installation and commissioning procedures, as well as the operation of the SDS5034X oscilloscope. Engineer Wu provided in-depth analysis of the structure and working principles of each hardware component within the energy storage system, offering pre-sales, after-sales, and sales personnel a comprehensive understanding of the product. This was especially beneficial for sales staff, who were better equipped to accurately recommend energy storage solutions that meet customer needs. Furthermore, drawing on past experiences with system faults, Engineer Wu shared effective troubleshooting methods, significantly enhancing the problem-solving skills of after-sales personnel in real-world scenarios.
