Enercollege Hosts Second Session of Energy Storage Product Training, Empowering Marketing Team Skill Development

On the evening of January 15, 2025, Enercollege successfully held the second session of its energy storage product training series in the company’s fourth-floor training room. The training session, attended by pre-sales, after-sales, and sales staff, focused on PCS and RTF products. Its goal was to provide systematic learning, enhancing employees' deep understanding of the products and their practical application capabilities, addressing technical challenges in daily work, and further improving team collaboration and work efficiency.

The training was delivered by Lan Bo, Software Engineer at the R&D Center, and Zhu Limei, Assistant Engineer. First of all, Engineer Lan provided an in-depth explanation of PCS screen parameters, covering parameter descriptions, operating logic, control parameter debugging, and troubleshooting common issues. Lan carefully analyzed the function and role of each parameter, offering specific setup recommendations for various scenarios. The focus on parameter debugging proved particularly beneficial, as it provided after-sales personnel with critical guidance to troubleshoot and adjust parameters when faced with real-world issues. Furthermore, Lan shared insights into common problems and their causes, presenting effective solutions, which significantly enhanced the after-sales team’s professional problem-solving skills on-site.

Following this, Assistant Engineer Zhu Limei focused on the RTF communication system, screen parameter settings, and program upgrades. She provided a detailed overview of RTF screen parameter displays and settings, as well as key considerations when upgrading programs. Zhu’s presentation deepened the attendees’ understanding of RTF products and strengthened the after-sales team's ability to respond to customer needs regarding program upgrades.

Throughout the training, participants were fully engaged, diligently taking notes, demonstrating a strong interest in enhancing their skills and knowledge. At the end of the session, all attendees underwent a quiz to evaluate their learning outcomes, further reflecting their commitment to professional growth and skill enhancement.
