Enercollege Successfully Concludes Third Energy Storage Product Training, Spotlighting Core Models-HPS, ATS, and Combiner

On the evening of January 21, 2025, Enercollege held the third session of its energy storage product training series on the second floor of Building A. Targeting pre-sales, after-sales, and sales teams, the training focused on core products such as the HPS, ATS, and combiner boxes. The program aimed to enhance employees’ in-depth understanding and practical skills through systematic learning, empowering teams to effectively resolve technical challenges and boost collaborative efficiency.

Detailed Insights into Core Products to Strengthen Application Capabilities

The training began with a comprehensive explanation by Engineer Liu, who provided an in-depth analysis of the architecture and application scenarios of key products:

• HPS: A multifunctional integration system capable of flexibly switching operating modes between photovoltaics, batteries, and the grid, equipped with STS functionality.  

• ATS: Ensures stable operation of grid-connected generator modes in the absence of utility power.  

• Combiner Box: Facilitates the convergence of photovoltaic strings and features voltage and current monitoring capabilities.  

These products are widely used in industrial automation and smart home applications, offering efficient solutions to meet industry demands.

The second part of the training delved into the electrical principles underlying the equipment, providing theoretical support for installation and maintenance. The third segment emphasized practical installation details and commissioning processes, covering key steps such as hardware inspections, wiring standards, and the use of debugging tools. Special attention was given to mitigating the impact of extreme temperature and humidity conditions on equipment stability.

Fault Diagnosis and Prevention to Strengthen Operational Assurance

In the fault diagnosis segment, Engineer Liu shared case studies on diagnosing short circuits, open circuits, overloads, and insulation faults, equipping participants with the skills to quickly identify and resolve issues. The importance of regular maintenance was also emphasized, including equipment cleaning, software updates, and feedback documentation, significantly enhancing the long-term operational stability of the devices.
