On the evening of November 19, 2024, Enercollege successfully held its first battery product training session for the sales and after-sales teams in the company's fourth-floor training room. Led by engineers Zhu Limei and Gan Yongning from the R&D Center, the training aimed to leverage internal learning resources, systematically enhance employees' understanding and application of the BMS battery system, and equip them with the skills to effectively address issues encountered in their daily work, ultimately improving overall work efficiency and team collaboration.
The training was divided into two main sections. The first part was delivered by Engineer Zhu Limei, who focused on explaining the types of BMS main control chips, key considerations for system upgrades, battery protection logic, and BMS software logic. Through an in-depth analysis of the various components of the BMS system, Zhu emphasized critical details in the upgrade process and the importance of battery protection logic. This session helped the sales and after-sales staff gain a more comprehensive understanding of the BMS battery system’s working principles and enhanced their ability to identify and solve related issues in real-world scenarios.
