Enercollege Conducts New Round of ESS Product Training for HM Tecnología Team from El Salvador

From October 21 to 22, Enercollege hosted an in-depth, offline training session on ESS products for Ricardo and Oscar, representatives from HM Tecnología, El Salvador.  


During the training, Pre-Sales Technical Support Engineer Tonicx Li provided a comprehensive introduction to the company’s products and configurations, enriching the participants' understanding of the solutions. Through the course, the trainees gained insights into the latest developments in the company’s energy storage offerings.

Following this, Customer Service Engineer Andy Wu gave an in-depth presentation on the HPS and PCS product series, as well as batteries, equipping the participants with practical knowledge to troubleshoot product issues effectively.

On the afternoon of October 22, the two instructors awarded course completion certificates to the trainees, marking the successful conclusion of the program.

After the certification ceremony, the Enercollege team conducted a brief interview with the participants. Ricardo shared his thoughts, saying: “This year, we started almost from scratch, addressing many challenges. When we had issues, the after-sales team would often provide solutions within hours, but the time difference has been a challenge. This training has been invaluable. We now have a clear understanding of the diagrams and product configurations in the user manuals, which is exactly what we needed. The one-on-one, offline sessions allowed us to learn about latest systems and products of Atess in details.”


Oscar added, “First of all, I would like to thank the entire Enercollege team on behalf of HM Tecnología for everything over the past two days. We look forward to further collaboration with Atess in the future.”
